BRDW Audio - FAQ Section Cheques and Postal Orders (UK Only) I can only accept UK postal orders and cheques from UK banks. Cheques/POs should be made payable to A J Slater. Don't forget to send your address with the payment! Paypal Questions? Paypal allows me to accept credit card payments making it possible to send CDs worldwide (experience has told me that there are lot of ex-UK residents who are interested) and also offers a credit card facility for those who prefer that method in the UK. An additional charge is made for paypal transactions as this service costs more to provide and also takes worldwide postage into account. I cannot see your credit card details when you pay using this method. Delivery Details You should expect to recieve your CDs within 14 days (21 days worldwide). Returns Policy In the unlikely event that your CD won't play or has been damaged in transit you should contact me immediately. The Audio discs are recorded on high quality CDR discs however these should be treated with care and don't last forever. I strongly suggest that you make a backup copy when you receive your disc(s) if you have the facility. If you have mistreated the disc and/or scratched the surface I will be unable to replace it - under such circumstances I will offer a disc-only replacement at a reduced price. Broken cases cannot be replaced. License and Copyright Information All BRDW audio CDs are copyright A J Slater. The audio contained on the Westerns on Tape 1974-1976 CD is copyright Steve Feasby. Unauthorised copying (apart from a personal backup), hiring, lending, public performance and broadcasting is prohibited. No part of any CD can be adapted or used in anyway whatsoever without prior permission - in particular this relates to use in Rail Simulation software. If you are in any doubt contact me first. Donations to the ELR Diesel Group / Bury Hydraulic Group Many of the recordings made over the last 5 years would not have been possible without the efforts and kind permissions given to me by the East Lancashire Railway's diesel group at Bury. In recognition of this £1.00 per disc will be donated to them. All proceeds from the sale of the Westerns on Tape CD will be donated to the Bury Hydraulic Group (BHG), custodians of Hymek D7076, Warship D832 and Western D1041.
