Radiators, Exhausters etc :

The cooler group was flushed out, repainted and radiator elements refitted. The level switch was modified to take a standard mobery float, replacing the mercury type. The SERCK (radiator fan) system has been overhauled. Sitting underneath all this is the fuel lift pump which has been refurbished and repainted.

The transmission heat-exhanger was stripped down and refurbished with all the tubes cleaned then, following rebuild, a water test and a repaint before refitting.

The engine oil priming pump was stripped, cleaned, anti-tracked, tested and refitted.

Sideframes and nose cowl were cleaned, painted and refitted then the pipework and conduit that attaches refitted including the fuel and water header tanks, associated pipework and brackets. All conduit and pipework thoroughly cleaned and repainted (old paintwork removed, bare metal exposed, primed, undercoated and glossed) with new gaskets manufactured.
