| Essentially a predecessor of the Class 08 shunters, AD601 (WD70272) was built in 1945 for the War Department spending it's working life at Longmoor, Bicester, Shoeburyness and Welford. It currently carries the blue Longmoor Military Railway (LMR) livery. Not strictly ex-BR but it sounds great so its in! (corrections welcome!) |
